SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY

LINISS ships worldwide to destinations currently supported by our delivery partners.

International shipping requirements may differ between countries. Customers are responsible for checking any local import restrictions before placing an order.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

International orders are shipped via available logistic partner at the time. Available shipping options and applicable fees will be shown at checkout.

Customs duties, import taxes, and other destination charges are not included in the product price and are the customer’s responsibility.

Where applicable, LINISS will contact you by email before shipment to confirm the customs declaration value and estimated duties.

Duty rates vary depending on the destination, declared value, product materials, and local customs regulations. Any estimate provided by LINISS is for reference only; the final amount is determined according to the applicable customs requirements.

If the customer declines the confirmed import duties, the order will not be eligible for a cash refund. The eligible amount will instead be issued as LINISS store credit.

By placing an international order, you agree to cover any applicable duties, taxes, and customs-related charges.

PRE-ORDER

Pre-order products generally require approximately 1 week for production, excluding shipping time.

Orders containing both available and pre-order products will be shipped together once all items are ready. If you would like available pieces to arrive earlier, please place them in a separate order.

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow approximately 2 business day for order preparation.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, tracking information will normally be sent by email within 3–4 business days.

Ready-to-Ship

Estimated transit times after dispatch:

• Vietnam: 2–5 business days
• Asia: 5–10 business days
• Europe / USA / Canada: 7–14 business days

Made-to-Order / Pre-order

Production times are specified on the individual product page. Once your item is completed, the standard shipping timeframe above will apply.

Estimated arrival = Production time + Shipping time

DELIVERY DELAYS

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to weather, courier disruptions, customs clearance, or other circumstances outside LINISS’s control.

Where possible, we will notify you if we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order.

SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY

A signature may be required upon delivery. Please monitor your tracking updates and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel when necessary.
