RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Applicable orders: This policy covers purchases made directly through the official LINISS website. Please review the conditions below before requesting a return or exchange.

ITEMS WE CANNOT ACCEPT

Returns or exchanges are not available for:

• Gift cards and store vouchers
• Sale or discounted products
• Items purchased with vouchers or gift cards
• Underwear, lingerie, swimwear, and intimate items
• Sets or products that include underwear
• Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items
• Products with missing or removed tags
• Products returned without their original packaging
• Items with perfume, smoke, deodorant, or other noticeable odors
• Items marked or stained by makeup, deodorant, fake tan, or similar products

LINISS does not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or personal preferences regarding size, fit, style, color, or appearance.

Other restrictions may apply depending on the condition and type of product.

EXCHANGES

Vietnam

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

International

Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Requests received after these periods cannot be processed.

Exchange requirements

To qualify for an exchange:

• The item must remain unused and in its original condition
• All tags and original packaging must be included
• The item must not belong to an excluded category listed above
• Proof of purchase must be provided
• A clear unboxing video showing the parcel opening and item condition is required

Exchange conditions

• Original delivery charges and the 10% processing fee are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for return shipping, customs duties, taxes, and any related charges
• Each item can only be exchanged once

Price differences

If the replacement item costs more, the difference must be paid before the exchange is completed.

If it costs less, the remaining amount will not be refunded in cash. It can instead be used toward shipping costs or provided as LINISS store credit.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

Customers are responsible for all customs duties and import taxes required by their destination country.

When necessary, LINISS will contact you by email regarding the declared value and estimated import charges.

If confirmed duties are refused, the order will not qualify for a cash refund. The eligible order value will instead be provided as LINISS store credit.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If your requested replacement is unavailable, LINISS will contact you to offer another item, store credit, or an estimated restock date.

Replacement items are dispatched only after the returned product has arrived and passed inspection.

LINISS may reject returns that do not meet the conditions above. Rejected items can be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a defective product, please contact LINISS within:

• 48 hours for Vietnam orders
• 3 days for international orders

A clear unboxing video must be provided with your claim.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, LINISS will arrange a replacement. If the replacement is also defective, you may request one further exchange or a refund.

Approved refunds cover the item value only, excluding original shipping and transaction fees. If both the original and replacement products are confirmed defective, these additional charges will be waived.

Refunds are normally processed within 10 business days after approval, although your bank or payment provider may require additional time.
