LINISS RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Liniss, we are committed to ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our international customers. Below are our policies for returns, exchanges, and refunds to help guide you through the process.
1. Return & Exchange Policy
Vietnam
• Products can be exchanged within 24 hours of purchase.
• Items must remain unused, unworn, and with original tags attached.
• Customers are responsible for both-way shipping fees.
* We are not liable for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit.
* Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
Rest of the World
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders
2. NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
* Gift cards and e-vouchers
* Sale items and items purchased using discount vouchers
* Underwear, lingerie, and swimwear (including one-piece suits and sets)
* Items bundled with underwear
* Items not in their original condition or missing tags
* Items missing original packaging (tote bags, dust bags, etc.)
* Items showing signs of wear (e.g., perfume, smoke, deodorant, or body odor)
* Items damaged due to fake tan, deodorant, or makeup
* Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
* Personalized/custom-made products
* Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
* You don’t like the way it presents
